- This is correct. I run Delphi on Win95 at work - when I run the program I'm
- working on, it and Delphi slog it out for about a minute, but Norton Utils 95
- runs okay (well, as okay as windows 95 gets, anyway). The problem is, running
- /any/ 16-bit apps seems to load a whole bag of other 16-bit libraries and
- stuff - anyone with Norton Utils can check this out with the System Monitor.

- You really need 32Mb of RAM to do this kind of work though - 16Mb is nowhere
- near enough.
